  • Any remaining data stored in system backups is securely removed within a limited retention period

Deletion requests are processed without undue delay, typically within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Where required by law, we will also support data portability requests.

Inactive Accounts

Inactive accounts may be deleted after a prolonged period of inactivity. If this occurs, any associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with this policy.

SocialTide is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted.
